Scientific Council

SLMENA Scientific Council has been formed to bring together MENA region experts and field leaders to discuss, collaborate and contribute to the field of SLD research. Given the regional nature of SLD and MASLD, it is important to include perspectives from different countries of the region, assess the epidemiological, clinical and economic impact of SLD based on the realities of each country in the region. The Scientific Council members also form selected collaborative teams to address specific issues such as country-specific disease characteristics of SLD.
